WF series flange output gear speed reducer bevel gearbox is jointly developed and manufactured by WEITENSTAN and German and ZheJiang technicians after many years.

The high-precision flange output gear reducer has the characteristics of small size, ultra-thin, light weight and high rigidity, anti-overload, high torque and so on. With good deceleration performance, it can realize stable operation and accurate positioning. The integrated design can be directly connected with the motor to achieve the advantages of high precision, high rigidity and high durability. It is designed for high speed ratio, high geometric accuracy, low motion loss, high torque capacity and high stiffness applications. The compact design (minimum outer diameter about 40mm) allows it to be installed in limited spaces.

Flange output gear reducer product features:

1. High-speed ratio and high-efficiency single-stage transmission can reach a reduction ratio of 21-121, and the efficiency is above 96%. If multi-stage transmission is used, the reduction ratio will be larger.

2. The structure is compact and the size is small. Due to the use of the principle of planetary transmission, the input shaft and the output shaft are on the same axis, so that the size of the model is as small as possible.

3. The operation is stable and the noise is low. The number of meshing teeth of the cycloidal needle is large, the overlapping coefficient is large, and the mechanism of mechanical parts balance keeps the vibration and noise to a minimum. The noise is less than or equal to 60 decibels.

4. Reliable use and long service life, because the main parts are made of high-carbon chromium steel, which has been quenched (HRC58~62) to obtain high strength, and some transmission contacts use rolling friction, so it is durable and has a long service life.

WFH series
High precision micro reducer

WFH series is a hollow high-precision miniature cycloid reducer, with wires and compressed air pipelines, and the transmission shaft can pass through the hollow shaft. The WFH series are hermetically sealed, grease filled and contain precision reduction mechanisms and radial-axial roller bearings. The unique design allows the load to act directly on the output flange or housing without the need for additional bearings. This series of reducers are connected to the motor through a synchronous belt, synchronous pulley or coupling.

WR Series
high-precision corner reducer

WR series is a flange output corner reducer.
