A window actuator is an advanced electromechanical device that enables automatic window opening and closing and has the advantages of being simple to install and operate. However, the majority of window actuators available on the market are not secure and stable enough and are susceptible to a number of issues like noise and insufficient torque after extended use, which gives users a bad experience when opening and closing windows.
To address the existing issues, CHINAMFG launches a drive solution for the window actuator. CHINAMFG modifies the transmission system of the geared motor as well as the planetary gearbox and adopts a precise double clutch structure to achieve better stability and safety based on years of research in the field of micro drive systems. Furthermore, after gearbox drive optimization, it has low noise and high torque characteristics to improve the user experience and enjoy a smart and beautiful life.

To solve this problem, we try to add an intelligent self-locking function to the circuit breaker controller of the electronic meter. Taking into account that the internal space of the smart controller of the electric meter is relatively small, the gear motor should drive the stable operation of the loop control system in a limited space, and it is only allowed to rotate in the specified direction and cannot go backwards. We use 10mm planetary gearheads and turbine inserts to be injected into the loop controller gearbox, so that the transmission structure has the characteristics of small size, large torque and can meet the needs of self-locking function. The loop controller gearbox in this scheme can realize the reverse self-locking of the electric meter, which can only transmit the power of the active end of the motor without responding to the external load, thereby isolating the external load from the smart meter’s own mechanism. In case of possible damage, the smart meter can be stopped at the gear motor (also called the gear motor of the loop controller) to increase the service life of the smart meter, solve the problem of data loss when the power is suddenly cut off, and protect the safety of the data.

عملکرد گیربکس ماشین چمن زنی
گیربکس ماشین چمنزنی از طریق مجموعهای از چرخدندهها و اجزایی که با هم کار میکنند تا قدرت را منتقل کرده و حرکت چرخشی موتور را به عمل برش تیغهها تبدیل کنند، عمل میکند. در اینجا نحوه عملکرد یک گیربکس معمولی ماشین چمنزنی آورده شده است:
