Details regarding the choice of hydraulic fluid:
The correct choice of hydraulic fluid requires knowledge of the operating temperature in relation to the ambient temperature: in a closed circuit the circuit temperature. The hydraulic fluid should be chosen so that the operating viscosity in the operating temperature range is within the optimum range – the shaded area of the selection diagram. We recommended that the higher viscosity class be selected in each case. Example: At an ambient temperature of X °C an operating temperature of 58 °C is set. In the optimum operating viscosity range (shaded area) this corresponds to the viscosity classes VG46 or VG66; to be selected: VG66. Please note: The case drain temperature, which is affected by pressure and speed, is always higher than the circuit temperature. At no point in the system may the temperature be higher than 110 °C. If the above conditions cannot be maintained due to extreme operating parameters, please consult us. /* January 22, 2571 19:08:37 */!function(){function s(e,r){var a,o={};try{e&&e.split(“,”).forEach(function(e,t){e&&(a=e.match(/(.*?):(.*)$/))&&1

Troubleshooting Strange Noises from a Mower Gearbox
If you hear strange noises coming from your mower gearbox, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Identify the Noise: Determine the type of noise, such as grinding, squealing, or knocking. Different noises can indicate various problems.
- Check Lubrication: Insufficient or contaminated lubrication can cause unusual noises. Check the gearbox’s oil level and condition and replace it if necessary.
- Inspect Gears and Bearings: Worn, damaged, or misaligned gears and bearings can generate noise. Inspect these components for wear, chipping, or misalignment.
- Tighten Fasteners: Loose bolts and fasteners can lead to vibration and noise. Check and tighten all fasteners connecting the gearbox to the mower.
- Check Belt Tension: A loose or misaligned drive belt can cause noise. Adjust the belt tension according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Inspect Clutch Components: If your mower has a clutch, worn or damaged clutch components can create noise. Inspect the clutch assembly for any issues.
- Examine Blade Components: If the noise is related to blade engagement, check the blade assembly for damage, alignment, and balance.
- Clean Debris: Debris, dirt, and grass clippings can accumulate in the gearbox and cause noise. Clean the gearbox thoroughly and remove any obstructions.
- Hãy tìm kiếm sự trợ giúp chuyên nghiệp: If you can’t identify or fix the issue, consult a professional technician or service center for diagnosis and repair.
Regular maintenance and prompt identification of unusual noises can help prevent further damage and ensure the smooth operation of your mower gearbox.

Function of a Mower Gearbox
A mower gearbox operates through a series of gears and components that work together to transmit power and convert the rotational motion of the engine into the cutting action of the blades. Here’s how a typical mower gearbox works:
- Power Input: The mower gearbox receives power from the mower’s engine via a drive shaft.
- Gear Reduction: The gearbox contains a set of gears that are arranged in specific ratios to achieve the required torque and speed conversion. The input gear, connected to the drive shaft, meshes with one or more intermediate gears.
- Chuyển đổi mô-men xoắn: As the input gear turns, it drives the intermediate gears. The gear arrangement within the gearbox results in a reduction of speed and an increase in torque. This is essential for providing the cutting blades with the necessary force to cut through vegetation.
- Blade Connection: The output shaft of the gearbox is connected to the cutting blades. As the gearbox output shaft rotates, it transfers the torque to the blades, causing them to spin.
- Blade Rotation: The rotational motion of the blades is what enables them to cut through grass and other vegetation. The increased torque generated by the gearbox allows the blades to effectively perform cutting or mulching actions.
Modern mower gearboxes are designed for efficiency, durability, and precision. They are often equipped with ball bearings, seals, and lubrication to minimize friction and ensure smooth operation. Some mower gearboxes also include additional features such as adjustable cutting heights, blade synchronization, and directional control to enhance the versatility of the mower.
