🛠 インストールとセットアップガイド
- ギアボックスを無負荷状態で5～10分間運転した後、停止させてオイルレベルを再確認してください。新しいシールやベアリングは、初期段階で少量のオイルを吸収することがよくあります。
- 作業機の取り付け面を徹底的に清掃し、錆、古いガスケット材、塗料の剥がれ、およびギアボックスフランジとの密着を妨げる可能性のある破片をすべて取り除きます。
- ギアボックスをマウントスタッドまたはボルト穴に配置し、入力シャフトがトラクターのPTOに面し、出力シャフトがブレードハブまたはローターと一直線になっていることを確認します。
- PTOシャフトは、すべての動作位置において、少なくとも50%のスプライン重なりを確保してください。重なりが不十分な場合、スプラインの摩耗が急速に進み、シャフトが分離する可能性があります。
