- ギアボックスをマウントスタッドまたはボルト穴に配置し、入力シャフトがトラクターのPTOに面し、出力シャフトがブレードハブまたはローターと一直線になっていることを確認します。
- PTOシャフトは、すべての動作位置において、少なくとも50%のスプライン重なりを確保してください。重なりが不十分な場合、スプラインの摩耗が急速に進み、シャフトが分離する可能性があります。
- 保証期間やサービス間隔の追跡のため、設置日、トラクターの稼働時間計の読み取り値、ギアボックスのシリアル番号をメンテナンスログに記録してください。
- 既存のユニットを交換する場合は、古いオイルを完全に抜き取り、取り付け金具を取り外し、古いギアボックスを慎重に下ろしてください。向きを写真に撮り、使用したシムワッシャーがあればメモしておいてください。
- 取り付けボルトはすべて、まず指で軽く締めてから、十字形（星形）になるように規定トルクで締め付け、均等に締め付けます。標準的なトルク値は、ボルトのサイズによって80～120Nmです。
- 作業機を持ち上げ、ブレードが地面から離れている状態で、PTOを低速アイドル回転で作動させます。異音がないか、振動やオイル漏れがないかを確認してください。
- 3点ヒッチが故障した場合にギアボックスが地面に接触しないよう、芝刈り機の作業装置安全チェーンまたは拘束装置が正しく接続されていることを確認してください。
