- Record the installation date, tractor hour meter reading, and gearbox serial number in your maintenance log for warranty and service interval tracking.
- If replacing an existing unit, drain the old oil completely, remove mounting fasteners, and carefully lower the old gearbox. Photograph the orientation and note any shim washers used.
- 取り付けボルトはすべて、まず指で軽く締めてから、十字形（星形）になるように規定トルクで締め付け、均等に締め付けます。標準的なトルク値は、ボルトのサイズによって80～120Nmです。
- 作業機を持ち上げ、ブレードが地面から離れている状態で、PTOを低速アイドル回転で作動させます。異音がないか、振動やオイル漏れがないかを確認してください。
- 3点ヒッチが故障した場合にギアボックスが地面に接触しないよう、芝刈り機の作業装置安全チェーンまたは拘束装置が正しく接続されていることを確認してください。
