🛠 インストールとセットアップガイド
- 既存のユニットを交換する場合は、古いオイルを完全に抜き取り、取り付け金具を取り外し、古いギアボックスを慎重に下ろしてください。向きを写真に撮り、使用したシムワッシャーがあればメモしておいてください。
- 取り付けボルトはすべて、まず指で軽く締めてから、十字形（星形）になるように規定トルクで締め付け、均等に締め付けます。標準的なトルク値は、ボルトのサイズによって80～120Nmです。
- 作業機を持ち上げ、ブレードが地面から離れている状態で、PTOを低速アイドル回転で作動させます。異音がないか、振動やオイル漏れがないかを確認してください。
- 3点ヒッチが故障した場合にギアボックスが地面に接触しないよう、芝刈り機の作業装置安全チェーンまたは拘束装置が正しく接続されていることを確認してください。
- 新しいギアボックスにプレカットガスケットが付属していない場合は、取り付けフランジ面にRTVシリコンシーラントを薄く均一に塗布してください。
- PTO駆動シャフトをギアボックスの入力スプラインに接続します。シャフトを完全に押し込み、3点ヒッチの全可動範囲にわたってスムーズに伸縮することを確認してください。
- After the first 10 hours of operation, re-torque all mounting bolts to specification and verify oil level. Perform the first oil drain and refill at 50 hours.
